Basic package (Fixed fee of $1450):

We will quote you a FIXED FEE of $1450 for our conveyancing services (for both purchasers and vendors) for residential home, unit or land in Victoria and covers the following:

• Preparation of Section 32 Vendor Statement

• Preparation of Contract of Sale

• Auction contracts, private sale or off-the-plan sales

• Preparation of Deposit Release Statement (Section 27)

• All conveyancing associated with the contract until settlement as per the Conveyancers Act 2006

• All administrative costs i.e. postage, phone calls, emailing, photocopying associated with the conveyancing work

• Arranging settlement with the relevant parties connected with the property settlement through PEXA (online workspace)

• Finalising settlement including settling all related matters with statutory authorities i.e. SRO Victoria and Titles Office, councils and water authorities

• Liaising with financial institutions in relation to loans, mortgages and discharge of mortgages

• Adjustment calculations to the purchase prices in regards to rates and allowances

• Issuing notices of disposition and conducting verification of identity

• Conducting standard searches and standard settlement fees i.e. title searches, PEXA settlement fees


Economy package (Fixed fee of $1650):

In addition to all that included in the basic package we would also include advice on planning and investment property and include up to 2 wills as we understand asset protection is paramount when purchasing property especially for your loved ones.
